The Magnolia International Music Festival & Competition is our signature annual event. It gathers exceptional talent from around the world for performances, juried competitions, and cultural showcases.

🌟 Special Categories in the Asia-Pacific Division

In the Singapore Asia-Pacific division, we have specially introduced Pop and Jazz music categories, thoughtfully tailored to reflect the cultural characteristics and creative spirit of local youth. This initiative aims to encourage children to express their individuality with confidence and passion.

🔹Step 1: Registration & Preliminary Round (Video Submission) 报名与预赛（视频初选）

  • Participants are required to complete the online registration form and submit a YouTube link to a performance video recorded within the past three months, which will be used for preliminary judging.

参赛者需填写在线报名表，并提供一条本人近三个月内录制的演奏视频的 YouTube 链接，作为预赛评审材料。

• Registration deadline for the preliminary round: August 25, 2025.

预赛报名截止日期：2025年8月25日。

• All videos will be reviewed by an international panel of experts, based on artistic expression, technical proficiency, and musicality.

所有视频将由国际专家评审团进行评审，评选标准包括艺术表现力、技术水平及整体音乐性。

Preliminary Round Results

  • Participants will be notified of the Preliminary Round results within two weeks after completing their registration. Selected candidates will receive an official invitation to advance to the Semifinal Round in Singapore

    参赛者在完成报名后，将于两周内收到预赛结果通知。成功晋级者将获得正式邀请，前往新加坡参加复赛。

• Results of the preliminary round will be announced on August 10, 2025. Selected participants will receive an official invitation to advance to the Semifinal Round in Singapore.

预赛通过名单将在2025年8月25日公布，入围选手将获得官方邀请，晋级新加坡复赛。

• No additional fee is required for those advancing from the preliminary round to the semifinal round.

通过预赛进入复赛者无需支付额外费用。

  • Semifinal Round Schedule Notification

    The detailed schedule for the Semifinal Round in Singapore will be sent via email to all selected participants between August 26 and August 28, 2025.

    新加坡复赛的详细赛程细节将于2025年8月26日至28日期间，通过电子邮件发送给所有晋级复赛的参赛者。

💳 Registration & Payment 报名及付款

  • The application fee must be paid online at the time of registration.

报名费需在报名时通过线上系统完成支付。

  • All fees are non-refundable once paid.

所有报名费用一经缴纳，概不退款。

  • If an official receipt is required, please indicate it in the registration form.

若需提供付款收据，请在报名表中注明。

Registration Fee / 报名费用：SGD 288 (inclusive of tax)

This fee covers the preliminary round (video submission review).

No additional fee is required for participating in the semi-final round in Singapore.

However, a separate fee will apply if selected for the Grand Final of the Magnolia International Music Festival.

🔹 2. Step 2: Semifinal Round (Live in Singapore) 复赛（新加坡现场演出）

Participants who pass the preliminary round will perform live in the Semifinal Round in Singapore:

通过预赛的选手将受邀参加新加坡现场复赛。

2025年9月6日–7日 待公布

  • Results of the semifinal round will be announced on September 10, 2025.

复赛通过名单将于2025年9月10日公布。

  • Finalists will be announced and final registration deadline will be on September 15, 2025.

入围决赛选手名单将于2025年9月15日公布，同时为决赛报名截止日期。

🔹 3.Step 3: Final Round & Awards Ceremony 决赛与颁奖典礼

•🎼 10月6日 Final Round 白天 | 总决赛

  • Finalists from around the world will gather in Singapore to compete in the final round and celebrate music together

来自世界各地的选手将汇聚新加坡，角逐总决赛奖项，共同见证国际音乐盛会。

  • Finalists will compete in the final round and attend the awards ceremony:所有决赛入围选手将参加最终现场比赛与颁奖仪式：

📅October 6–7, 2025

• October 6 (Evening): Mid-Autumn Gala Concert featuring guest artists and selected performers.

  • 🎵 10月6日晚 Mid-Autumn Gala Concert：中秋特别音乐会，特邀艺术家及入围选手同台演出。

• 🏆 October 7 (Evening): Final performances and official awards presentation.

  • 10月7日晚 Final Round & Awards Ceremony：现场演出及颁奖典礼。

Winners will receive trophies, certificates, and potential invitations to perform in future Magnolia events and media features.

🌟 Awards for Global Finals

a. 奖杯与证书 Trophy & Certificate
每个组别中，参赛选手如获得 90分或以上，将颁发奖杯及证书。
Participants scoring 90 points or above in each category will receive a trophy and certificate.

b. 优秀指导教师奖 Outstanding Instructor Award
每个组别前 六名选手的指导老师 将分别获得“优秀指导教师奖”奖杯和证书。
The teachers of the top six participants in each category will each be awarded an Outstanding Instructor trophy and certificate.

c. 入围奖牌 Finalist Medal
所有成功晋级全球总决赛的选手（未获奖杯者）将获得 奖牌和证书。
All other finalists will receive a medal and certificate as recognition of their achievement.

d. 并列名次 Tied Rankings
根据评审分数，如遇并列情况，前六名允许并列。
Ties in the top six rankings are allowed based on judges' scores.

e. 现场颁发 No Reissue Policy
所有奖杯与证书将在新加坡决赛现场公布与发放，恕不补发，请选手核对好颁奖典礼的组别信息。
All awards will be announced and presented on-site in Singapore. No replacements or reissues will be arranged. Please ensure your category information is correct for the awards ceremony.

f. 解释权 Statement of Authority
本次比赛的最终解释权归 白玉兰国际艺术节组委会所有。
The Magnolia International Arts Festival Committee reserves the final right of interpretation for all award matters.

Special Events & Masterclasses

• 🎓To promote local music appreciation, the Southeast Asia division will host a series of public courses before and after the festival, such as music aesthetics and listening appreciation.

为推动本土音乐教育发展，新加坡东南亚赛区将在比赛期间前后推出系列公开课程，包括音乐美学、音乐欣赏等内容，欢迎公众报名参加。

• 🌍 After the festival, select participants, teachers, and judges will be invited to join media showcases and collaborative events in China.

比赛结束后，我们将与白玉兰中国组委会联合邀请亚太区的优秀选手、教师及评委，参与中国媒体专题展演与合作推广。

• The jury comprises professors, musicians, and professionals from top music institutions in China, Singapore, and internationally.

评审团队由来自中国、新加坡及国际顶级音乐学院的教授、演奏家及专家组成。

• The festival welcomes Western classical, Chinese traditional, and contemporary music.

音乐节涵盖西方古典音乐、中国民族音乐与现代创作。

• Participants are encouraged to showcase individuality and musical diversity in their repertoire.

鼓励选手选择展现自身艺术特色与多样风格的曲目。
